He has significant and diverse clientele in the transportation marketplace, including large for-hire and private motor carriers with operations throughout the United States, as well as manufacturers distributing products by highway, rail, and air.
In this context, Paul is well-versed in the Federal as well as state regulatory, licensing, tax and employment issues impacting the provision and/or use of commercial motor vehicles in interstate, intrastate, or foreign commerce. Representation has been provided in restructuring fleets to facilitate centralized management; contract strategies and negotiations to maximize efficiencies, minimize risk, and enhance performance in the distribution of products; and improving compliance with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations on a federal as well as state level.
